
Founder
Dr. Rezai obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside before receiving his Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He then conducted research at La Jolla Institute of Allergy & Immunology before obtaining a Masters in Health Administration from Walden University. Dr. Rezai was also a resident in Eisenhower Medical Center’s inaugural class, graduating in 2016.
Dr. Rezai is devoted to the Coachella Valley community. He has published multiple chapters in Swanson’s Family Medicine Review, volunteered at local high schools, the Special Olympics, California CareForce and Volunteers in Medicine. He lectures on a variety of health care topics at venues throughout the Valley, and plays an active role in mentoring future health care providers by volunteering with Coachella Valley Economic Partnerships and Reach Out Strengthening Communities.

- 2014, AAFP Adolescent Immunization Office Champions Project -
This project illustrated that with a small intervention of friendly reminders such as posted or notifications to medical staff regarding adolescence vaccines, better outcomes were achievable helping save lives from serious illnesses such as influenza, menegitis and HPV.

These chapters help educate training physicians about psychological scenarios they may encounter and how to respond in an appropriate manner according to current guidelines.
